Many people find it helpful to talk to someone from time to time about their spiritual life or inner journey and perhaps seek some help with prayer, how to make choices, or indeed to mull over anything that may be on their mind.
There are various names for this, from having an ‘anam cara’ or soul friend, or a spiritual guide or companion, to the more formal but universally understood term of a spiritual director. However, whatever the name used, if you’d like to explore this option further or are looking for a spiritual guide in Galway or surrounding counties the Centre can put you in touch with someone in your locality who is trained and experienced in this ministry.
