SUMMARY:First World War exhibition
DESCRIPTION:There will be an exhibition on Fr Michael Bergin SJ (as circled in the photo) and the five other Jesuits who served as chaplains with the Australian forces in the First World War at Roscrea Library\, Tipperary\, October 2nd to 31st 2017. Fr Bergin holds the distinction of being the only member of the whole Australian forces to never to have set foot in Australia\, and the only Catholic chaplain serving to have died as a result of enemy action. The exhibition will be launched by Simon Mamouney\, First Secretary and Deputy Head of Mission Australian Embassy\, on Wednesday\, 4 October 2017 at 6.30pm at Roscrea Library\, Tipperary. All are welcome.

SUMMARY:Dive Deeper: Exploring Spirituality & Ways of Prayer
DESCRIPTION:This is a group for adults age 30-45 approximately who wish to explore contemporary spirituality and spiritual practice. The group has a contemplative approach\, drawing on Christian spirituality and Eastern practices such as mindfulness. The aim is to help you find a way of prayer that works for you and that will cultivate inner awareness\, stillness\, and insight. Each session will introduce a way of prayer or meditation.
