SUMMARY:Dive Deeper: Exploring Spirituality & Ways of Prayer
DESCRIPTION:This is a group for adults age 30-45 approximately who wish to explore contemporary spirituality and spiritual practice. The group has a contemplative approach\, drawing on Christian spirituality and Eastern practices such as mindfulness. The aim is to help you find a way of prayer that works for you and that will cultivate inner awareness\, stillness\, and insight. Each session will introduce a way of prayer or meditation. First established in 1983\, the Sleep Out comprises of a joint group of past & present pupils sleeping out on the streets of Dublin to raise funds and create awareness for a number of charities including the Peter McVerry Trust and Focus Ireland.
