Pope Video: For a non-violent culture
For April 2023, Pope Francis makes an appeal to build a culture of peace, which he says should resort “less and less to the use of arms” because “a lasting peace can exist only without weapons.” He strongly renews the message of Saint Pope John XXIII who, in his encyclical Pacem in Terris (‘Peace on Earth’), stressed that “war is madness, it is beyond reason.”
