Massimo Faggioli: An early assessment of the Synod
Renowned theologian and author Dr Massimo Faggioli was the guest speaker at the Loyola Institute, Trinity College Dublin. He delivered his lecture entitled ‘The Synod: An early assessment of the 2023 assembly in Rome,’ on Thursday 2 November 2023.
Dr Faggioli, from the Department of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Villanova University Pennsylvania, is an expert on the history and administrative inner workings of the Catholic Church and of the papacy.
