Chris Patten, former Governor of Hong Kong, will deliver the Studies 2020 Lecture entitled ‘The Future of Liberal Democracy’ on Tuesday, 25 February 2020, at 7pm in St Ann’s Church, 18 Dawson Street, Dublin 2.
