The Jesuit Library in Milltown Park are hosting a Lecture & Open Evening. The lecture “Karl Rahner and Vatican II: The Beginning of a Beginning” will be delivered by Professor Declan Marmion SM, Dean of Theology at St. Patrick’s College Maynooth and formerly of Milltown Institute. Professor Declan Marmion SM is currently Dean of Theology at St. Patrick’s College Maynooth. He has published in the area of Karl Rahner’s theology (A Spirituality of Everyday Faith, 1998 and The Cambridge Companion to Karl Rahner (2005) and in trinitarian theology (An Introduction to the Trinity Cambridge, 2011). He previously lectured in theology in the Milltown Institute (1997-2009).
