In proclaiming this Year of Mercy, Pope Francis said that, mercy is “the beating heart of the Gospel”. Luke portrays Jesus as an embodiment of God’s loving mercy. This 5 day preached retreat will involve two daily reflections by Michael Drennan SJ on the gospel, the remaining time being offered as quiet space for reflection and prayer.
