February 21, 2015

Archbishop Diarmuid Martin will be the main celebrant at the Venerable Fr John Sullivan SJ Annual Mass in Saint Francis Xavier’s Church, Gardiner Street at 11am on Saturday 21 February. On this occasion to celebrate Fr John being declared Venerable by Pope Francis in November 8 2014, we are delighted to welcome also Archbishop Michael Jackson, Church of Ireland Archbishop of Dublin. Fr John was baptised in St Georges’ Church into the Church of Ireland. Archbishop Jackson’s presence recalls Fr John’s earlier Christian community. Fr John’s relatives from the Lloyd families are also very welcome. Blessing with the crucifix of Fr John before and after the Mass. Everyone is welcome for a cup of tea after the Mass.
