World Day of Social Justice
The UN established the World Day of Social Justice in 2007. This year the day is marked on February 20 2024. The aim of the day is to raise awareness about the importance of social and economic justice and the need for international cooperation on the matter.
Father General Arturo Sosa SJ has created a video to highlight some staggering statistics with regards to war, starvation, violence, pollution and immigration. He asks that we reflect on the small or big steps we can take to unite for a better world.
