Pope Francis’ Apostolic Exhortation, Evangelii gaudium, will be the text for this term’s meetings at Manresa, Jesuit Centre of Spirituality. The weeks between meetings will allow participants an opportunity to read and reflect on the text of the Pope’s 2013 document. Evangelii gaudium (The Joy of the Gospel) describes much of what is characteristic of Pope Francis’ pastoral outlook in an accessible and engaging style. The meetings which will be facilitated by Brendan Comerford SJ will take place on Monday 1 February, Monday 8 February, Monday 22 February, Monday 7 March, and Monday 21 March.
