Province planning for the future

patnolan_01Dr Pat Nolan has been appointed Fr Provincial’s Delegate for Planning – a new position in the Irish Jesuit Province. Pat is no stranger to planning work for the Jesuit Order. In 1991 – together with the late Provincial, Fr Philip Harnett, he co-facilitated a workshop on planning for new Provincials in Rome; he has participated in strategy and planning for Magis Ireland and led a group of stakeholders to complete the Clongowes Wood College Strategic Plan 2010- 2020. He is currently leading and facilitating a group of  Gonzaga stakeholders to produce a Strategic Plan 2012-2022. Working with David Coghlan SJ, he has also assisted Fr John Dardis, President of the Conference of European Provincials, in the completion of a ‘Strategic Plan for the Conference 2011-2014. His new role begins with a wide-ranging consultation process on behalf of the Provincial.
