Moving visit to Knock

Irish Jesuit Fr Niall Leahy and American Jesuit Fr Dave Lugo return for their second season of the Sons of Ignatius podcast series. They speak about their recent pilgrimage to the Marian Shrine at Knock, County Mayo. Fr Dave was deeply moved by the devotion of the Irish people at Knock while Fr Niall was delighted to visit the place that inspired him to become a practising Catholic and believer.

This is the first episode in which the Jesuits meet in person as Fr Dave stops off in Dublin en route to Madrid to start his doctoral studies. They both look back over the summer which includes Fr Niall’s experience of caring for his mother and his recent appointment in Dublin. The topic of discernment will feature in this season’s podcast series.
