WMOF: LGBT community integration at Farm Street

Integrating Catholic LGBT community members into the ordinary life of a parish was the theme of one remarkable presentation at the World Meeting of Families in Dublin last week. It was given by Fr Dominic Robinson SJ, superior of the Jesuit community in Farm Street, London, and soon to be the parish priest at Farm Street Church.

With him was Nick O’Shea, one of the members of the LGBT Catholic community of the diocese of Westminster. In their presentation they described the welcoming of the LGBT community into the parish and how they have contributed to the liturgical, spiritual and pastoral life of the Church.
