New head at JCFJ
The Jesuit Centre for Faith and Justice (JCFJ) has a new director: John K. Guiney SJ, who will also continue to be director of the Jesuit Mission Office. For the past fifteen months, the duties of the JCFJ job were performed admirably by Eoin Carroll, who was Acting Director and has now returned to his previous post as Advocacy and Social Policy Research Officer. Another recent change in the configuration at JCFJ is that Brian Lennon, who was chair of the Centre’s Board for the past eight years, is stepping down. Mike Drennan SJ will take his place. At a recent event, the JCFJ Board thanked Eoin and Brian for their hard work, wishing them well in their respective roles. Both were presented with tokens of appreciation (see photo).
