Lutheran Pastor Corinna Diestelkamp and Godfrey O’Donnell, a priest in the Romanian Orthodox Church, are the final interviewees in the series Lenten Voices, a joint venture between the Jeusit Communication Centre and Brian O’Leary SJ, Province delegate for Ecumenism. Podcast interviews on a lenten theme, with representatives of the Methodist, Presbyterian, Church of Ireland and Roman Catholic churches, are available on the Jesuit website.  So too is the interview with Corinna Diestelkamp who talks about the Lutheran Church in Ireland, the legacy of  Martin Luther and the the significance of Lent in the Lutheran tradition. Godfrey O’Donnell talks about his life as a Romanian Orthodox priest, outlines the importance of the resurrection, and remarks on Easter Sunday as the most significant day in the Romanian litugical calendar.
