Roads to Rome
The Irish Provincial, John Dardis SJ, and Jim Corkery SJ will travel to Rome in January to take part in the 35th Jesuit General Congregation (GC35) . This is the ruling body for deciding issues around Jesuit mission and identity. This Congregation will address, among other issues, the retirement of Fr Peter-Hans Kolvenbach, General since 1983 and now 78 years of age. Prayer cards have been made available by the Curia.
