Dilexit Nos – ‘He Loved Us’
Pope Francis has released his latest encyclical which focuses on the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Dilexit Nos ( He Loved Us ) was published on Thursday 24 October 2024. Vatican News says that this fourth encyclical from the Pope “retraces the tradition and relevance of thought on ‘the human and divine love of the heart of Jesus Christ.'”
Austen Ivereigh, journalist and biographer of Pope Francis, has been writing about the Sacred Heart in The Tablet in anticipation of the encyclical.
