Arthur Holder, Professor of Christian Spirituality at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California, discusses the meaning of spirituality with Pat Coyle of the JCC. His core thesis is that to be human is to be spiritual. Also that the most profound way to nurture and deepen one’s spirituality is to “pay attention”.
