Brian O’Leary SJ, author, and spiritual director addresses another question in his podcast series aimed at explaining clearly and simply what spiritual direction is all about. This week, he responds to the sixth question “Are there many varieties or different types of spiritual direction?” He says the short answer is ‘yes’, and elaborates on those types.
